We are seeking an agile and proactive Global Brand Manager for our Lysoveta® brand to help operationalize and execute the strategy for this breakthrough novel ingredient.
This role has a primary focus on brand building, marketing activation, and commercial support. You will be the operational driver of brand initiatives, ensuring that brand strategy translate into high-quality executional plans, assets, campaigns, events, and customer materials.
You will work closely with the Category Director for Brain Health, cross-functional teams, and regional marketing and sales organizations to adapt and deliver tools locally.
Brand Building & Global Marketing Execution
Implement the global brand identity and value proposition for Lysoveta® across all touchpoints.
Ensure Lysoveta’s unique scientific story is translated into compelling commercial content.
Develop and deliver strong brand plans, marketing campaigns, launch packages, digital assets, and communication toolkits.
Drive global brand visibility through conferences, exhibitions, symposia, and digital channels.
Track and report on campaign effectiveness.
Regional Support & Enablement
Provide regional teams with tools, content, and messaging to activate Lysoveta® locally.
Support regional product launches with training, sales enablement tools, and presentations.
Gather insights from markets and customers to continuously improve campaigns and materials.
Content & Communication Development
Create content across channels: digital campaigns, videos, brochures, newsletters. blogs, and white papers, etc.
Collaborate with R&D and Regulatory to ensure accurate, science-based communication.
CRM & Lead Management Responsibilities
Drive initiatives to increase lead generation through digital campaigns, events, and targeted outreach.
Develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns (email workflows, targeted content, retargeting) to increase conversion of prospects into qualified leads.
Monitor and report on lead pipeline health, conversion rates, and ROI of marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to hand over Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) efficiently and track their progress through the funnel.
Innovation & Development Projects
Lead innovation projects for Lysoveta®, ensuring projects are delivered on time, and of high quality.
Support innovation projects with brand-related deliverables, ensuring strong commercial storytelling.
Monitor trends and customer and market feedback to feed into the innovation pipeline.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B brand management, marketing, or communications – preferably within nutraceuticals, functional food or health ingredients.
- Strong understanding of ingredient science, with the ability to bridge between R&D and commercial stakeholders.
- Strong operational marketing skills: campaigns, content creation, asset development, and events.
- Experience working with sales and regional marketing teams in a global/matrix setup.
- Experience with B2B CRM tools (such as Hubspot) is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
