The Sales Director North America will be a key member of the commercial leadership team, responsible for driving strategic growth in our B2B ingredient portfolio including Superba Krill®, Revervia®, Lysoveta® and PL+ Technology.
This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in managing large, complex accounts—including retailers, strategic partners, and distributors—across the US and Canada. You will lead the development and execution of high-impact sales strategies, foster long-term client relationships, and ensure revenue and profitability targets are consistently met or exceeded.

We are a fast-growing B2B ingredient supplier company specializing in high-quality science-backed Omega-3 products. Our mission is to improve human health by delivering innovative, sustainable, and clinically supported omega-3 solutions to global partners in the health and wellness space. We serve a wide range of B2B customers including national brands, contract manufacturers, retailers, and strategic partners across multiple channels of distribution.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage key account relationships with major customers, distributors, retailers and other strategic B2B partners.
- Develop and execute the local sales strategy for our portfolio of ingredients in line with the company’s objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base for all our portfolio.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and scientific teams to create customized value propositions for strategic clients.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams based in HQ.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and annual business planning with top-tier accounts.
- Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline progress, and account health using CRM and reporting tools.
- Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Mentor and develop a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and results.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity in the omega-3 and supplement sector.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in the dietary supplements and nutraceuticals in the US market.
- 5+ years in a senior sales role, managing large accounts and/or strategic retailers.
- Strong background in account-based selling, solution-based sales, and value-driven negotiation for science-based ingredients.
- Experience working with strategic national brands, retailers and key accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and complex negotiations. Deep understanding of omega-3, marine ingredients, or related science-based categories is plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and multi-cultural environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s or a master’s degree required; MBA or related graduate degree is a plus.
The Sales Director will work Hybrid - Remote (California – Texas or Florida).
