Customer Care Representative – Human Health Ingredients

The Customer Care Representative plays a key role in supporting Aker BioMarine’s Human Health Ingredients (HHI) division by managing global customer care operations with a regional focus. The role is responsible for the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, close collaboration with internal stakeholders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

This position contributes agility and added value to our Customer Care function and requires a proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage global customer care activities for an assigned regional customer portfolio

• Oversee the Order-to-Cash process, including order entry, billing, and goods dispatch

• Ensure proper validation and compliance of export and import processes, including preparation of customs documentation (commercial invoices, AWB, HAWB)

• Manage transportation and logistics for customer orders and contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs)

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop efficient customer care and export/import procedures

• Handle and coordinate quality complaints in accordance with GMP SOPs and quality systems

• Oversee inventory management at regional warehouses in close collaboration with the Supply Chain Planning team

• Participate in logistics-related projects

• Perform analytics and reporting related to logistics cost control and warehouse performance

• Support quarter-end closing, including working afternoon–evening shifts (14:30–22:30) on the last day of the quarter

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, including import, export, and transportation management

• Experience working with ERP systems

• Strong IT and digital literacy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience with quality systems is an advantage

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal

• Additional language skills are considered a plus
