About the role
At Aker BioMarine, our Customer Care Department – guided by our company values, Heartbeats – works closely with sales representatives, production sites, quality assurance, and warehouses to provide exceptional service and support to our global clients.
We are now seeking a Customer Care Representative who will manage a dedicated regional customer portfolio, contribute to operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvements. This role is integral to strengthening our Customer Care operations within the Human Health Ingredients (HHI) Division on a global scale.

Key responsibilities
- Manage the full Order to Cash process: order entry, billing, and goods dispatch
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in export/import processes, including preparation of customs invoices, AWB, and HAWB
- Oversee transportation processes for customer orders, including collaboration with contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs)
- Address and manage customer claims and quality complaints in line with GMP and SOP requirements
- Drive continuous improvement by developing efficient procedures for customer care and export/import processes
- Oversee inventory management at regional warehouses, in collaboration with the Supply Chain Planning team
- Contribute to logistics projects and analytics for cost control and warehouse performance
- Support quarter-end closing activities, including afternoon/evening shift work (14:30–22:30 on closing days)

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Master’s in Supply Chain & Logistics, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, import/export, and transportation management
- ERP experience and solid digital literacy (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with quality systems is an advantage
- Excellent English and Spanish skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)

- Location: Aker BioMarine office in Spain – Tarragona
- Flexibility required during quarter-end closing (afternoon/evening shift)
