About the Team:
As the Marketing Associate, you'll be part of the US Marketing and Business Development (MBD) department, a dynamic team with nearly 30 years of combined expertise in the dietary supplement ingredients industry. This small, senior team is dedicated to generating new projects, increasing brand awareness, nurturing leads, supporting sales, and building strong, long-term relationships with business clients across the US.

The US MBD team collaborates closely with sales, regulatory, communications, and central marketing teams to create region-focused strategies and campaigns. While the team operates remotely, they meet online weekly and gather in person quarterly to brainstorm, plan, and celebrate successes. The environment is perfect for a self-starter who thrives with low supervision and is eager to contribute fresh ideas. The team is creative, always seeking new ways to engage customers and bring innovative marketing strategies to life.

What you'll do:

Collaborate with the local sales team to bring new marketing ideas to life and help execute regional strategies.

Create engaging content, presentations, and messaging that speaks to our customers.

Plan and run trade shows, events, and meetings that get people excited about what we do.

Work with our communications team to post on social media and keep the buzz going about our brand.

Get hands-on with influencer, media, and customer campaigns, from marketing mailings to sampling.

Help generate and manage leads, making sure we connect with the right people.

Explore B2B advertising and PR opportunities, helping to raise awareness about our innovative products.

Develop creative campaigns and see how your ideas perform—learning what works and what doesn’t.

Work closely with our marketing and communications teams, and collaborate with other departments to make projects happen.

Keep track of the marketing budget to ensure we’re using resources wisely.

What we're looking for in a candidate:

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or a related field) is a plus but not essential—what matters most is your drive to learn and grow!

1-5 years of marketing experience (experience in nutraceuticals or related fields is a bonus, but we’re open to enthusiastic learners).

Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite being a nice-to-have.

A digital native who’s comfortable using social media and digital tools to engage audiences.

A strong communicator who can bring ideas to life and align them with our brand.

Someone who’s ready to collaborate, learn from experienced team members, and contribute to a shared vision.

Self-starter who can take initiative, meet deadlines, and isn’t afraid to share new ideas.

Available to travel up to 30% of the time, exploring new markets and opportunities.

The Marketing Associate position is remote, allowing you to work from your home office. We welcome applications from anywhere in the U.S. Some international travel will also be required.
